Data we process

• Contact details sent via the form: name, email, message.
• Minimal technical data for security and anti-abuse (e.g., IP address processed ephemerally for rate-limiting; not stored in a database).
• Cookie/consent preferences (banner) and, if you consent, audience analytics.

Purposes

• Reply to your contact request (no marketing).
• Security/anti-spam (honeypot and server rate-limit).
• Aggregate audience measurement (optional, enabled only after consent).

Legal bases

• Legitimate interest: answering a user-initiated request and securing the service.
• Consent: analytics cookies/trackers (Google Analytics) only if accepted via the banner.

Recipients / processors

• Email delivery via Resend (email service). No message storage on the server beyond sending.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) for analytics if you have consented.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g., Resend, Google) are located outside the EU. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional measures where appropriate.

Retention

Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted (no later than 6 months). Technical logs needed for security are kept for the strictly necessary time. Analytics cookies expire according to their own lifetimes and only if you consented.
